Our Contribution Towards Education and Inclusive Hiring

Barrett Aerospace has allied with Brunel University to provide experiences and opportunities to their students. Since 2017 Barrett Aerospace has successfully taken on 2 students for a year every year. This has seen students work in The Czech Republic, India and Singapore with Barretts Aerospace’s partnered companies. Starting in 2023 we will work with Goal Setterz in Singapore, to create an inclusive workplace starting around a new robotics R&D capability that will enhance our solution offerings to customers.

We believe it is important to utilise fresh minds and give back to the engineering community. Giving these students real experience that they can take forward into their careers. We have often been critical of placements years for not utilising the potential of these students and seek to change that.
